Terms & Conditions:
- Qualified Spirit reward points and expiry of rewards are varied subject to individual participated resort. However, all points expire at the latest 1 April 2012.
- A redemption request must be sent to Sixsenses Spirit Administrator at sixsensesspirit@sixsenses.com at least 14 days before check-in date.
- Once the reward is redeemed, points will be deducted from the member's profile then a reward voucher will be sent to the resort where the member is staying, to be collected at arrival in the reception.
- Reward Vouchers will state the actual reward i.e. Name of Property/ Affiliate Provider, Type of accommodation/ Service and Validity.
- All reward vouchers issued after the date of termination will expire on 1 April 2012. Validity cannot be extended and all issued vouchers that have NOT been utilized before 1 April 2012 will expire by default.
- Reward Vouchers will be made out in the name of the individual participant and are non transferable. The participant will be required to quote a Personal Identification Number when claiming the voucher.
- Reward Voucher is non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and/or any other equivalent.
- Multiple accommodation reward vouchers may be used for multiple-night stays and with no limitation of no. of free night vouchers used.
- Reward Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Reward Reservations will take normal priority for available space.
- Reward Voucher remains the property of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
- Six Senses Resorts & Spas reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the reward vouchers at any time without notice.
- Normal Point scheme cannot be applied toward reward vouchers.
- Other room reservation policy may be applied for example, peak season surcharge, compulsory gala dinner on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, minimum night stay during high or peak season and etc. Members must recheck with respective participated resorts.
- Room Reservation Cancellation Policy is applied to individual property
- Sixsenses Spirit member, name and Spirit membership number are required at the time of reservation and check-in.
