- Minimum 7 nights stay is required.
- Rate quoted in US Dollar per villa for 7-nights stay, excluding 17.4% taxes and services charge.
- Package prices exclude beverages, minibar, and laundry.
- Third person supplementary charges at USD 135, excluding taxes and services charge.
- Applicable for new bookings only, not combinable with any other offer or promotion.
- Credit card number with Expiry date required at the time of booking.
- Confirmation of room subject to availability.

- Check-in time is at 14:00 Hrs, Check-out time is at 12:00 Noon/ Early arrivals and late check outs are subject to villa availability.
- In the event of an early departure or late arrival, 100% of accommodation charge will apply.
- No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation is made between 21 days or more before arrival day.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 10 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of accommodation charge or cancelled nights.
- Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival day, 100% of the total value of accommodation charge or cancelled nights will be charged.
- 100% cancellation fee is applicable for all early departure and No Shows.
