• Bookings must be made by the 15 August 2010.
• Rate quoted in Thai Baht per villa per night, excluding 18.7% taxes and services charge.
• Minimum 4 nights stay is required. Stay extension at rate/ room/ night.
• Applicable only to Pool Villa Mountain View and Pool Villa Sea View only.
• Applicable for new bookings only, not combinable with any other offer or promotion.
• Full deposit at time of reservations confirmation required.
• Confirmation of room subject to availability.
• Offer subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation made between 7-14 days prior to arrival will incur one night charge.
• Cancellation made less than 7 days will incur a half of stay charge.
• Cancellation made same day on arrival or no show will incur full length of stay charge.
• Check-in time is at 14:00 Hrs, Check-out time is at 12:00 Noon/ Early arrivals and late check outs are subject to villa availability.
• In the event of an early departure or late arrival, 100% of accommodation charge will apply.
