Participation and Regulations

  1. Six Senses Programme is owned, operated and administered by Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  2. Participation in the Program is open to all individuals. Only one account may be operated by each participant. Companies and/or other group entities cannot enroll.
  3. Participants enrolled in the Six Senses Programme are issued with an Six Senses Spirit card, or so call "Six Senses Spirit Medallion" bearing a unique number. This number is the tracking device for the member reward activities and must be used whenever making any transaction that may result in earning reward points.
  4. Programme participants, who completed the application form in the brochure, will receive a temporary membership medallion, which will be teared off from the brochure.
  5. e. A Six Senses Spirit member must identify himself/ herself as an enrolled participant by showing his/her Six Senses Spirit Medallion or quoting his/her Six Senses Spirit membership number when using services that will earn Reward Points.
  6. Six Senses Spirit members may be requested to present another form of personal identification if requested.
  7. Membership becomes active once a member starts earning points that can be earned either from stay or refer a booking at any participating Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  8. The permanent membership card will be issued once the second activity/ transaction is occurred. Delivery to the member will be around four-to-six weeks by regular mail.
  9. The Six Senses Spirit medallion remains the property of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  10. Six Senses Resorts & Spas has the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels, or resort reward categories pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points, rewards or earning ability already accumulated. Six Senses Resorts & Spas may, among other things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward; increase the points or earning ability required for any reward; modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits; or limit the number of rooms available for reward redemption at any or all destinations.
  11. Six Senses Resorts & Spas reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Programme at anytime. If Six Senses Resorts & Spas chooses to terminate the programme, Six Senses Resorts & Spas will provide notice to the active members six months in advance.
  12. An active member is a programme participant who has transactions with Six Senses Spirit in the past 36 months. If the member has zero activity for the previous 36 months, the account will be closed and all reward points forfeited.
  13. Individuals may have their membership to the programme canceled and all unredeemed Spirit Reward Points revoked for reasons that include, but are not limited to: a) violation of the Programme's terms and conditions; b) falsification of any information or misuse of the Programme; c) failure to pay for participating outlets and/or resort charges; d) a declined payment from an account with insufficient funds or invalid for any reason; e) more than one account per member; f) any action that causes damage to the programme or any of its participating outlets.
  14. No employee, travel agents, tour operators or other representatives of Six Senses Resorts & Spas has the right or authority to modify any of these Terms and Conditions except in writing from an officer of Six Senses Resorts & Spas. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  15. Members participating in the Programme must accept and explicitly authorize that their personal information which is supplied by the application forms shall be: I) administered and managed by Six Senses Resorts & Spas and, II) may be passed on to third parties including various resorts participating in the programme for purposes including administration of membership records, guest service, advertising, marketing and communication. Participants may be contacted through these third parties mainly to provide members opportunity to receive updated information on various promotions and new products and services. Participants in the Programme are automatically registered into the mailing list of Six Senses Spirit.
  16. Six Senses Spirit members may be entitled to special designated treatments, services and benefits at participating Six Senses Resorts & Spas. These special benefits may vary by resorts and countries and / or may change from time to time.

Reward Points Transfer

  1. Spirit Reward Points are transferable betweenSix Senses Spirit members' accounts. Requests for Transferring Points must be made on the Six Senses Spirit Web site. The Transfer Request Form must be initiated by the participant from whose account the points will be transferred. Once the transfer is processed, the transferor relinquishes all rights to the transferred points. No cancellations or refunds are permitted. Once Reward Points are transferred, the process is final and can not be reversed.
  2. Each Spirit Reward Points Transfer must be in multiples of hundred points.
  3. Once the transfer process is completed, both parties will be notified to check the recent Points transaction and their updated Reward Points level on the website.

Issuance of Six Senses Spirit Reward Points

  1. Six Senses Spirit Reward Points will only be issued to an enrolled participant for any eligible purchases of services or products at participating Six Senses Resorts & Spas including all Evason Restaurant, Six Senses Gallery, Six Senses Spa and services operated by Evason or Six Senses Resorts & Spas and other incidentals charged to the Member's room.
  2. One Spirit Reward Point will be credited per one U.S. dollar, or other currency equivalent, spent on eligible charges. The Spirit Reward Points will be credited to the account of the member who is responsible for the purchases.
  3. Any applicable government taxes and service charge will not earn Spirit Reward Points.
  4. All room rates are eligible to earn reward points. Exception to this, are the prepaid room reservations through tour operator packages, internet rates, resort package rates or some types of participated co-promotion rates. These types of prepaid reservations will earn one hundred reward points per room night, in lieu of the formula mentioned in point no. a.
  5. No Spirit Reward Points received for all free nights, no-shows or cancellations.
  6. Spirit Reward points cannot be earned for charges paid by third party except wholesales room rates in point no. d.
  7. g. Six Senses Spirit members must present their Six Senses Spirit medallion at the point of purchase in order to receive Spirit Reward Points. If the Six Senses Spirit medallion is lost or misplace, the participant's medallion number may be quoted in lieu of presenting the card.
  8. h. However, upon receiving a "Lost Medallion Replacement Form" from a participant if they can adequately provide prove of purchase and payment on the conditions prescribed for the restoration of Spirit Reward Points, Six Senses Resorts & Spas will restore Spirit Reward Points to the participant's account. (Lost Medallion Replacement Forms must be processed through the Six Senses Spirit Web site)
  9. Six Senses Resorts & Spas reserves the right to withdraw any participating outlets from the programme at any time and cancel their authority to issue Spirit Reward Points.
  10. Six Senses Resorts & Spas will not be liable for any error or delay in the details of the member's account for whatever reasons, including but not limited to any loss of accumulated points or any loss suffered from circumstances such as breakdown, failure of machinery, processor, computer hardware and software failures and communication and interfacing failures etc. Members are advised to check their Spirit Reward Points on the Evason Spirit Web site regularly and to keep their most recent member update e-mails.
  11. The number of Spirit Reward Points earned to an individual account will be determined according to the total resort bill on eligible charges which mentioned and other charges which are not a part of a banquets, or other catering functions or conference package.
  12. Charges in connection with banquets or other catering functions billed back to a member's room; or billed directly to a company and the Member is responsible for authorization for settlement at check-out; are not eligible for point accrual.
  13. Any complimentary or barter goods and services or reward nights will not earn Spirit Reward Points.
  14. Only a participant who settles an account is eligible to earn Spirit Reward Points, regardless of whose name is on the reservation record.
  15. Spirit Reward Points cannot be credited to any account after the participant has departed the Evason or other participating locations.
  16. All points will be accrued and posted into member's account after all payments have been settled up, to three-to-four weeks after check-out date.

Issuance of Spirit Reward Points and Benefits for Referral Bookings

  1. A Six Senses Spirit member may receive Spirit Reward Points from the referral bookings. The member, whose member number is quoted during a booking by a third party, will receive the Reward Points on the value of the accommodation booked.
  2. b. During the booking, if the third party fails to quote the Six Senses Spirit membership number, the member will not receive any Spirit Reward Points for the booking.
  3. Referral bookings will receive free Buffet breakfast for maximum of two people for each night booked.
  4. The third party, if decides to become a member, will receive Reward Points on all supplementary spend at the property during that first stay. (Supplementary spend includes all items listed in point 20, except accommodation)

Redeeming Spirit Reward Points

  1. A paper voucher will be issued for any rewards earned with Spirit Reward Points. The voucher may be requested online at www.sixsensesspirit.com or by calling or fax to the Six Senses Spirit Bangkok Contact Center at least 14 days in advance. Rewards shown online may be redeemed while they remain available.
  2. Reward vouchers will endeavour to deliver within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation by registered post or courier with signature deliver, however time of delivery will not be of the essence and Six Senses Resorts & Spas will not be liable for any delay in delivery or losses arising from such delay.
  3. Reward vouchers will state the actual reward i.e. Name of Property/ Affiliate Provider, Type of accommodation/ Service and Validity.
  4. Reward vouchers will have one-year validity from date of issuance. Validity cannot be extended.
  5. Reward vouchers will be made out in the name of the individual participant and are non transferable. The participant will be required to quote a Personal Identification Number when claiming the voucher.
  6. Reward voucher is non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and/or any other equivalent.
  7. Multiple accommodation reward vouchers may be used for multiple-night stays and with no limitation of no. of free night vouchers used.
  8. Reward vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  9. Reward reservations will take normal priority for available space.
  10. Reward voucher remains the property of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  11. Six Senses Resorts & Spas reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the reward vouchers at any time without notice.
  12. Normal point scheme cannot be applied toward reward vouchers.

Keeping Track of Your Reward Points Account

  1. You may check the balance of your Points Account at any time by logging in to the Six Senses Spirit Web site at www.sixsensesspirit.com
  2. Enrollment in the programme and Reward Point Redemption can also be effected on-line at the Six Senses Spirit Web site.
  3. Participants will be required to enter a Six Senses Spirit Identification Number and a Password each time they access the Six Senses Spirit Web site for viewing their Points Account and Points Redemption.
